Tahoe RCD is honored to receive a Blue Ribbon Award from the Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce. This was the 4th Annual Blue Ribbon Awards, saluting South Shore businesses that have made a significant contribution to the South Shore community. Tahoe RCD received honorable mention in the small green business category for our contributions to greening our community. Some of the other 2011 winners include:

Tourism: Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority for their efforts in AMGEN

Experience: Cory & Dori Escobar, Escobar Training Grounds

Public Agency Service: Gary Weigel, TRPA
