South Tahoe Earth Day returns to the Bijou Community Park this year, across from the Lake Tahoe Community College. This year's Earth Day has something for everyone, including a new Speaker Corner with talks on Tahoe Tessie, the history of Lake Tahoe, and more. The Kid Zone will be full of recycle-themed arts and crafts and the Bounce House will help bounce out that extra energy your little one just can't get rid of. Be sure to bring some cash for the Earth Day raffle and also the local artists that are a new addition to the Earth Day vendor booths. The Willy Woggle Circus is back this year to entertain throughout the day and local band Groovebox will be sure to keep you moving with their jamming tunes on the main stage. Earth Day is a great way to come out and celebrate the beauty of where we live, educates the public about local environmental issues and, it's FREE!
