If you own a single family residence on the California side of Lake Tahoe, Tahoe RCD staff is available to help you determine what BMPs you may need on your property to meet the requirements of the TRPA’s BMP Ordinance.  For the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, contact the Nevada Tahoe Conservation District.
